Jag har inga aktuella uppgifter men kanske du kan ha hjälp av Europeiska smittskyddsinstitutets hemsida. På Amorgos finns det en liten läkarstation som ska vara bemannad. När jag var där var det en AT-läkare som skötte stället. Patienter som behövde mer avancerad vård flögs till Aten. På Naxos finns det ett mindre sjukhus men hur det är på Santorini vet jag inte. Viktigt att ta med försäkringshandlingar där du har telefonnr till SOS i Köpenhamn eller om ert bolag har en annan samordnare. Glöm inte heller att ta med försäkringskortet för alla familjemedlemmar som berättigar till sjukvård.Antar att reseförsäkringen täcker omkostnader som uppstår för den som blir sjuk och isoleras i annat land. Exempelvis nya flygbiljetter hem.

Tittar man på listan som du länkade till ser man att Grekland är drabbat ungefär som andra länder. Storbritannien är landet som sticker ut.

Antar att det blir som det blir. Inte mycket man kan göra åt det.

Det är på flyget man har störst chans att bli smittad, alltså är det inte alltid på plats utomlands man får själva viruset. Köp handsprit på apoteket och sprita händerna regelbundet på planet, speciellt efter mat och toalettbesök. På plats i Grekland är det också bra att ha. Innan maten, om man klappat några kattungar osv.

Exakt. Dottern klappade katter trots våra förmaningar och dan efter fick hon ögoninflammation som ett brev å posten!

Swine flu
The number of swine flu cases in Greece rose to 323 yesterday after 33 new cases of the potentially fatal disease were confirmed. However, 200 of the people who have contracted the virus have been given the all clear. Authorities said that 17 of the 33 new cases were people who had come to Greece from abroad.

I Sverige har nu Socialstyrelsen ändrat sina riktlinjer för antivirala läkemedel så enbart riskgrupper ska få medicinen med tanke på risken för resistensutveckling.

Defense against swine flu bolstered
Greece is changing its approach to tackling swine flu from one that focused on preventing the disease from spreading to ensuring that people showing serious signs of ill health get proper treatment.
More than 300 cases of the potentially fatal virus have been recorded in Greece but the majority of those people have made a full recovery.
However, the rapid spread of the disease abroad as well as the mounting number of people killed has prompted Greek health authorities to concentrate their efforts on treating those that are likely to be most at risk.
“We are trying to ensure that everybody in our country, both Greeks and tourists, feel safe,” said Health Minister Dimitris Avramopoulos. “We have raised the readiness and alertness levels.”
Under the new scheme, doctors will assess the seriousness of patients’ conditions without waiting for the results of tests to be returned. Those suffering heavy symptoms, or people in particularly vulnerable groups such as the very young, old people with breathing problems, the obese and women in the first months of pregnancy are to be administered anti-viral drugs.
People with less serious symptoms who are not in these groups will be sent home and given instructions about how to prevent themselves infecting other people while they recover from the disease.
There are also plans to vaccinate from September those most vulnerable to the virus. Children aged up to 15 are to be vaccinated at their schools and nurseries.
